Refund Policy & Cancellations 

To enable us to cancel your order you will need to message us on our social media at the earliest convenience (This can be found on our contact page). Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of when you place your order.

If an order is manufactured we are unable to refund as the plates are bespoke to you. The registration/design therefore cannot be returned and as such our products do not fall under the distance selling regulations.

If your plates arrived damaged we will always re-send out a new set to fulfill the order providing evidence of the damage is shown.
