Which courier do you use?

Evri is used for every order for reliability and efficiency. Parcelforce 48 are used for express orders. The delivery speed will depend on which service you opt for. Express 48 normally takes 48 hours (excluding weekends).

How should i space my registration?

For the correct format you should only add one space to your registration. Please refer to your V5 log book if you are unsure or contact us for more information.

What sizes do short plates come as?

Short plates come in 3 sizes - 14", 16" and 18". If you select a short plate, we will make your plate on the shortest size possible (depending on the length of your reg). If there is a specific size you want then please contact us and we will try and accommodate where possible. 4 digit regs are the exception, we make custom size plates to each reg length.

Are tinted plates legal?

No unfortunately, they are sold as show pates. No tinted plate is legal, regardless of where you buy it.

Do you Offer trade discounts for regular/bulk orders?

Yes, we have many happy trade customers. Please get in touch so we can provide you with quotes.

Are Legal markings included on the plates?

Yes, all plates will have the legal marking included which are: "BSAU 145e” *We do not use this for advertising, it's a legal requirement so the plates can be traced back for the purpose of crime prevention.

Are you registered with the DVLA?

We certainly are registered with the DVLA; Crystal Plates LTD our RNPS number is 56881.
